Most core members of our in-house R&D and engineering team have more than 15 years of experience developing LED stone backlighting, sign lighting and linear lighting. We work with customers from the early design stage, so the light sheet is matched to the project instead of being picked from a generic catalog. Typical engineering support includes:

In-house production and quality control
Production, quality control and order management are run in-house to keep every batch consistent and traceable. Every LED product follows the same structured workflow: design, raw material purchasing, production, aging, testing and shipping.
Flexible PCB light sheets are produced on automated SMT lines with controlled LED placement and solder consistency for batch repeatability.
Soldering, polarity, continuity, voltage and power load are checked before packing according to the selected model and order requirements.
Aging tests, brightness inspection, color binning and final outgoing inspection reduce color variation and reliability risk.
An ERP system manages materials and production planning so lead times stay predictable for both bulk and custom orders.
Customer and project records are kept in a CRM system, and internal workflow is coordinated through an OA system.
A standardized QC process runs from incoming material inspection to final shipment.

JJS Light Sheet reviews project drawings for lit area, material transmission, cavity depth, cut layout, cable route, driver location, controller type and service access. For stone backlighting, final brightness and uniformity should be confirmed with a real material sample, because natural stone varies from slab to slab. Our production capacity handles standard bulk orders, while flexible customization supports one-off architectural projects.
Certification and compliance scope
Selected JJS products have been tested and certified for international markets, including UL / ETL (North America), DLC (energy efficiency programs) and TÜV / CE / RoHS (Europe and global markets). Certification always applies to specific product models, so it must be matched to the exact light sheet, power supply, controller, wiring method, enclosure and destination-market electrical rules. Do not treat UL, ETL, CE or RoHS wording as one blanket approval for every finished installation. Before formal procurement, buyers can request the certificate holder, certificate number, covered models and the full document package.
