Recommended 24V power supply
BG-2002-2824-0288 uses 30W per sheet at 24V DC (1.25A per sheet, per the product datasheet). We size drivers at 80% of rated output, so they run cool and leave headroom:

Where the BG-2002 LED Sheet Works Best
BG-2002 is the largest single sheet in the range at 610 × 305 mm (2 × 1 ft), so large backlit panels, ceilings and light boxes need fewer sheets and fewer joints. The 1-inch grid suits both metric and imperial layouts.

Cutting and Installing the BG-2002 LED Light Sheet
The BG-2002 is a flexible LED sheet on double-layer FPC, 1.6 mm thick, with 3M adhesive backing and screw-mount accessories. It can be cut along the marked lines with a minimum cutting unit of 1 LED (25.4 × 25.4 mm / 1 in); shapes follow that grid. Sheets can be joined with the supplied connection wires to cover large areas. For backlit stone, onyx, marble or resin, mount the sheet 30–80 mm behind the surface: thin, highly translucent materials need the larger distance or a diffuser, while denser materials can sit closer. Allow for the height of the input connector when planning the cavity.
Matching Power Supply and Controller
The BG-2002 uses 2-wire input (V+ and V−) at DC 24V. With a Mean Well HLG-320H-24 (320 W) loaded to 80%, one driver powers about 8 sheets of BG-2002; a Mean Well HLG-150H-24 powers about 4 sheets. Keep each driver at or below 80% of its rated power and split large surfaces into several zones rather than using one very large driver. For dimming and color control we recommend an RF dimmer such as the HX-SZ100-SYNCDIM-14K (14-key remote, up to 600 W at 24V). For multi-zone walls the HX-SZ900-R1 adds wireless and RJ45 wired sync; for hotel and building projects the HX-SZ900-010D accepts 0–10V dimming. Do not combine a dimmable driver with a PWM dimming controller in the same zone.
BG-2002 vs Similar LED Sheets
It covers about 1.5 times the area of BG-0287. For very long continuous surfaces, the roll products BG-2102 and BG-2103 avoid joints altogether.

Can the BG-2002 LED sheet be cut to a custom shape?
Yes. Cut only along the marked lines; the smallest cutting unit is 1 LED (25.4 × 25.4 mm / 1 in), so curves and angles follow that grid. Send us your drawing and we will check the layout before production.
How much space do I need behind the stone or panel?
We recommend 30–80 mm between the LED sheet and the translucent surface. Thinner, more translucent materials need more distance or a diffuser to hide the LEDs; the sheet itself is 1.6 mm thick, plus the height of the input connector.
What is the minimum order, and can I get a sample?
Orders start from one sheet. Samples are available for a fee and usually arrive in 7–10 days, including shipping.
