Flexible LED Light Sheet
Model BG-2102-2824-1056 is a 24V dual CCT flexible LED light sheet module for long-run backlighting projects. The published module size is 10000*240mm (10m x 240mm). The 100-meter wording refers to project/run capability using multiple planned sections, not one single 100m powered strip. Recommended 24V power supply
BG-2102-2824-1056 uses 48W per meter at 24V DC. We size drivers at 80% of rated output, so they run cool and leave headroom:

Where the BG-2102 LED Sheet Works Best
BG-2102 is supplied as a continuous 240 mm wide roll instead of individual sheets, so long counters, cove ceilings, corridors and large stone walls can be lit without visible joints. It can be bent freely without breaking.

Cutting and Installing the BG-2102 LED Light Sheet
The BG-2102 is a flexible LED sheet on double-layer FPC, 1.6 mm thick, with 3M adhesive backing and screw-mount accessories. It can be cut along the marked lines with a minimum cutting unit of 2 LEDs (20.8 × 21.8 mm); shapes follow that grid. Standard rolls are 10 m long, and custom lengths up to 100 m can be produced. For backlit stone, onyx, marble or resin, mount the sheet 30–80 mm behind the surface: thin, highly translucent materials need the larger distance or a diffuser, while denser materials can sit closer. Allow for the height of the input connector when planning the cavity.
Matching Power Supply and Controller
The BG-2102 uses 3-wire input (common V+, warm white, cool white) at DC 24V. With a Mean Well HLG-320H-24 (320 W) loaded to 80%, one driver powers about 5.3 meters of BG-2102; a Mean Well HLG-150H-24 powers about 2.5 meters. Keep each driver at or below 80% of its rated power and split large surfaces into several zones rather than using one very large driver. For dimming and color control we recommend a tunable white controller such as the HX-SZ600-14K-CCT (14-key RF remote, up to 480 W at 24V). For European wall-switch installations, the HX-SZ600-WP86-CCT wall panel set is available. Do not combine a dimmable driver with a PWM dimming controller in the same zone.
BG-2102 vs Similar LED Sheets
Use the BG-0294 or BG-0315 sheets for panels and smaller areas; use BG-2102 when the surface is long and continuous. For color plus white in roll form, choose BG-2103.

Can the BG-2102 LED sheet be cut to a custom shape?
Yes. Cut only along the marked lines; the smallest cutting unit is 2 LEDs (20.8 × 21.8 mm), so curves and angles follow that grid. Send us your drawing and we will check the layout before production.
How much space do I need behind the stone or panel?
We recommend 30–80 mm between the LED sheet and the translucent surface. Thinner, more translucent materials need more distance or a diffuser to hide the LEDs; the sheet itself is 1.6 mm thick, plus the height of the input connector.
What is the minimum order, and can I get a sample?
Orders start from one meter. Samples are available for a fee and usually arrive in 7–10 days, including shipping.
