Where the BG-0313 LED Sheet Works Best
With 512 small SMD2835 LEDs, BG-0313 gives a dense, even surface in both color and white, which helps to avoid visible dots behind thin or very translucent materials. It is a good choice for backlit onyx, acrylic and resin panels that need color as well as white.

Cutting and Installing the BG-0313 LED Light Sheet
The BG-0313 is a flexible LED sheet on double-layer FPC, 1.6 mm thick, with 3M adhesive backing and screw-mount accessories. It can be cut along the marked lines with a minimum cutting unit of 30.6 × 30.6 mm; shapes follow that grid. Sheets can be joined with the supplied connection wires to cover large areas. For backlit stone, onyx, marble or resin, mount the sheet 30–80 mm behind the surface: thin, highly translucent materials need the larger distance or a diffuser, while denser materials can sit closer. Allow for the height of the input connector when planning the cavity.
Matching Power Supply and Controller
The BG-0313 uses 5-wire input (V+, R, G, B, W) at DC 24V. With a Mean Well HLG-320H-24 (320 W) loaded to 80%, one driver powers about 5 sheets of BG-0313; a Mean Well HLG-150H-24 powers about 2 sheets. Keep each driver at or below 80% of its rated power and split large surfaces into several zones rather than using one very large driver. For dimming and color control we recommend an RGBW controller such as the HX-SZ600-RGBW-RF24K (24-key RF remote, up to 768 W at 24V). For DMX512 lighting consoles use the HX-DMXCM-4CH decoder; for larger systems the HX-AMF-03 4-channel amplifier extends the load. Do not combine a dimmable driver with a PWM dimming controller in the same zone.
BG-0313 vs Similar LED Sheets
BG-0296 and BG-2003 use larger SMD5050 LEDs (288 per sheet) for brighter color output; BG-0313 trades some brightness for higher LED density and a smoother surface.

Can the BG-0313 LED sheet be cut to a custom shape?
Yes. Cut only along the marked lines; the smallest cutting unit is 30.6 × 30.6 mm, so curves and angles follow that grid. Send us your drawing and we will check the layout before production.
How much space do I need behind the stone or panel?
We recommend 30–80 mm between the LED sheet and the translucent surface. Thinner, more translucent materials need more distance or a diffuser to hide the LEDs; the sheet itself is 1.6 mm thick, plus the height of the input connector.
What is the minimum order, and can I get a sample?
Orders start from one sheet. Samples are available for a fee and usually arrive in 7–10 days, including shipping.
